Offerings such as BellaVitano cheese, Blue, Chevre (Goat Cheese), Double & Triple Creme Brie, Gouda (maybe you’ll get lucky with Truffle!), Manchego, Smoked cheese, and several kinds of cheddars will make their appearance in orders. The small batched meats will range from sweet sopressata, prosciutto, dry coppa, an array of salamis, and soon Wagyu Bresaola will be in the lineup. YUM!

OUR STORY

Alicia Williams’ fondness of cured meats, aromatic cheese and mesmerizing spreads shared with her family, went from a blank butcher block to a full-blown charcuterie spread. Little did she know it would flourish into her own business in the present day just outside of Austin, TX.

 

During her childhood days she would accompany her father to his saddle shop after school. Hours of tinkering would accumulate and that entrepreneurial edge developed into making and selling hemp jewelry. The excitement of those sales fueled a dream to own her own boutique with a vintage touch on four wheels. 


Alas, the tires may be missing but her heart still rolls on, with the vintage Hill Country Grazing Co. Every single order is created with top-notch ingredients by local purveyors.
